1. Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Buzzar. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy. Questions about these Terms can be sent to abhinav@buzzarr.com.

2. The Services

Buzzar provides agricultural trade intelligence. Depending on the product version you use, this may include mandi price visibility, market comparison, distance and transport context, estimated net realization, and related decision-support features.

Buzzar is a decision-support product. It does not currently execute trades, take custody of commodities, operate as a mandi, or replace licensed brokers, commission agents, or APMC processes. Features described as future ambitions on our website (such as trade execution or commerce layers) are not current product commitments unless we expressly offer them in the App.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under Indian law to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of a farm, FPO, company, or other organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

4. Accounts and access

Some features may require you to install the App from Google Play and, if offered, create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping any login credentials confidential. Notify us promptly at the contact email below if you believe your account has been misused.

We may refuse, suspend, or discontinue access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, the Services are being misused, or we need to do so for security, legal, or operational reasons.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of mandi, APMC, tax, or other applicable regulations
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract prices, rankings, or other data except as the App expressly allows for your own selling decisions
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or reverse engineer the App except where applicable law allows
• Upload malware, misrepresent your identity, or submit content that is false, harmful, or infringing
• Use the Services to provide competing market-data products without our written permission

6. Market intelligence is not advice

Prices, arrivals, distance, transport costs, net realization, opportunity scores, and similar outputs are estimates and decision-support signals. They may be incomplete, delayed, modelled, or based on third-party and public sources. They are not:

• A guarantee of the price you will actually receive
• Financial, investment, legal, or tax advice
• An offer to buy or sell commodities
• A substitute for your own judgement, local verification, or professional advice

Agricultural markets move quickly. You remain solely responsible for whether, where, when, and on what terms you sell or trade.

7. Your inputs

You retain rights in the information you submit (such as commodity, quantity, and location). You grant Buzzar a non-exclusive licence to use that information to provide, secure, and improve the Services, including generating recommendations and aggregated, de-identified market insights that do not identify you.

8. Intellectual property

The Services, including the Buzzar name, logo, App, website design, text, graphics, software, models, and rankings, are owned by Buzzar or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App and website for your own internal agricultural selling or trading decisions, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Services except as these Terms or applicable law allow.

9. Third-party services

The Services may link to Google Play, LinkedIn, maps, payment providers, or other third parties. We are not responsible for those services, their availability, or their terms. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their policies.

10. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, coverage (including which mandis or commodities are included), or the Services as a whole, including during the MVP and early-launch period in Uttar Pradesh.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUZZAR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF MARKET DATA, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that recommendations will maximise your proceeds or that third-party price sources are complete or current.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buzzar and its directors, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, lost produce value, business interruption, or data loss, arising from your use of the Services or reliance on any recommendation.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the three months before the claim (or, if you use a free version, one thousand Indian rupees).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buzzar from claims, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and uninstall the App. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India, will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any non-excludable consumer protections that apply to you.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Services.
